Terms

Monthly debit

Payment will be debited from your account on your chosen date each month. If that date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the debit runs on the next business day. Your first debit takes place after you complete the Netcash setup online.

Minimum commitment

This subscription runs for a minimum of 6 months. After that, it continues automatically on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

During the 6-month period: 20 days written notice required to hello@lighthouseholistic.co.za, plus a cancellation fee of 50% of remaining monthly fees and any overdue amounts.

After a 6-month period: 20 days written notice required. No cancellation fee.

Suspension & changes

Membership cannot be suspended for any reason. If your contact or banking details change, please notify us immediately at hello@lighthouseholistic.co.za.

Late payment

A 10% fee is added to any payment not received on the due date.

Third-party transfer

This debit authority may be transferred to a third party if the membership agreement is assigned to them, subject to written notice.
