Yin & Yoga Nidra
Service Description
A slow, meditative practice that works deep into the body’s connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. By turning inward, we cultivate awareness of the physical and emotional sensations, fostering self-exploration and connection. Often called “conscious sleep,” yoga nidra is a guided meditation technique that invites you into a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. This practice encourages theta brainwave activity, supporting healing, rejuvenation, and profound rest. Also known as NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), nidra offers restoration for mind and body alike.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
