The Pulse of Seasons | Yoga, Song, Nidra
Join Khanya on the floors of our studio for a seasonal gathering through yoga, song, and nidra
Service Description
The Gathering Each gathering unfolds over approximately three hours. Embodied Gathering | 2 Hours The seasons provide the rhythm. Yoga connects us to the wisdom of the body. iNgoma attunes us to shared voice. Yoga Nidra settles us into the vast awareness of stillness. Sound supports integration. The Gathering Table | 1 Hour The Gathering Table celebrates community, relationship, nourishment, and story. Participants are invited to bring something simple that reminds them of home, family, culture, or a meaningful memory. Gathered around a Mpepho Tea Ceremony, food becomes a doorway into conversation. Stories are shared. Listening is welcomed. Community is practised. There is no expectation to speak. Some arrive with stories. Others arrive simply to listen. Both are welcome. None of these practices are the destination. They are different expressions of the same invitation. An invitation into relationship with body, umoya, land, season, and the unfolding mystery of shared living.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the event details before attending. 1. Check what to bring: Each event has specific requirements—please read the description carefully and come prepared with what you need, such as a mat, pillow and/or blanket. 2. Arrive 15 minutes early: Give yourself time to settle in, find your space, and be fully present. Arrival and check in is 30 minutes pre-event. Mats can be laid down 15 minutes before the start time. We begin promptly at the time indicated on your ticket, and will close the doors at that time. 3. Respect the Space & each other: Arriving late disrupts the flow for both facilitators and fellow attendees. Please be mindful of others by being on time. All tickets for our workshops, immersions, and Light House–led events are non-refundable, as your booking reserves a limited spot and allows our facilitators to prepare with intention. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else — just let us know their name. We appreciate your presence and look forward to welcoming you!
