In this Sound Bath, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, supporting your nervous system through sound. Through brainwave entrainment, the frequencies gently guide your brain waves into slower, restorative states, creating the ideal environment for relaxation, stress relief, and improved sleep.

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable R4 000 deposit applies to all bookings. Due to international travel and limited capacity, cancellations after 15 February 2026 cannot be refunded. While we understand that personal or family emergencies can occur, these policies ensure the sustainability of bringing international teachers to South Africa.
