Service Description
A quiet, bookable sauna session designed for deep recovery and nervous system reset. Sessions are pre-booked and limited to keep the experience calm, safe, and considered. Our Finnish HUUM electric sauna is built entirely from thermally modified Thermo-Spruce — a natural, chemical-free wood enhanced using only heat and steam. Durable, beautifully finished, and designed for shared ritual. Seats up to 6. Arrive slowly. Breathe deeply. Leave lighter.

Cancellation Policy
Our sauna sessions are bookable, time-bound experiences designed for safety, calm, and respect for the shared space. All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for online. Bookings close 1 hour before the session start time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle. Sessions start and end on time, and late arrivals may forfeit their spot. Sauna time cannot be extended. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the session start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited. Sessions are non-transferable unless arranged in advance with the team. Sauna use is not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular or blood pressure conditions, feel unwell, dizzy, dehydrated, or feverish, or are under the influence of alcohol or substances. By booking, you confirm you are medically fit to participate and take responsibility for your own wellbeing. If unsure, consult a healthcare professional before attending. Hydration before and after your session is essential. Sauna sessions are quiet, shared rituals. No phones, music, or disruptive conversation. Swimwear and towels are required at all times. Listen to your body and step out early if needed. Heat tolerance varies. Any behaviour that compromises safety or the calm of the environment may result in removal without refund.
