Service Description

A rare gem. This is a guided space to slow down and come back to yourself. Start with breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the body and focus the mind. From there, ease into stillness with meditation–helping you feel more grounded, clear, and ready for the day ahead. Led by a skilled facilitator, these mornings offer simple, powerful tools to meet life with more clarity, calm, and presence. Expect spaciousness. Expect silence. Expect a gentle unraveling of the week. No experience needed. Just bring yourself and a bit of curiosity.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
