Join us for an outdoor Full Moon moving meditation session at the breathtaking Silvermist Estate. Tune into the sounds of the headset, and tune out of distractions.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
