Our men's group is a safe space is created for men to reconnect to yourself, to your emotions and each other. This event is offered freely, and donations are welcomed.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
