A space to refine, explore, and intelligently layer everything you’ve gathered along your yoga journey. Expect strong sequencing. Intelligent transitions. Technical details. This session is crafted for intermediate to advanced practitioners who love to move, be challenged, and feel deeply into their bodies. This is boutique yoga. Intentional. Layered. Focused. Booking is essential. Our limit is 30 but don't wait too long.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
