Cancellation Policy

Light House is a wellbeing sanctuary. We ask that all guests, organisers, and suppliers treat the space with care and respect. Please encourage guests to arrive early, as late arrivals cannot always be admitted. A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your date (non-refundable). The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. A refundable breakage deposit may be required before the event and is returned after inspection. Booking times include setup and breakdown. The venue must be vacated by the agreed end time. Overtime is charged at R1,500 per 30 minutes. Capacity • 30 guests on mats • 80 seated • 120 standing / cocktail flow Light House operates within a residential building and noise levels must be respected. No outside amplified music after 20:00. Indoor music up to 85dB before 22:00, reduced thereafter. All music ends by midnight. We reserve the right to lower sound levels if required. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 21 days of the event are charged in full. Guests, organisers, and suppliers use the venue at their own risk. The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss caused during the event.
