Jamie Fuller

Sarah combines her 500-hour Prana Vinyasa training with her deep love for Vedic philosophy, mindfulness, and movement. Originally from New Mexico, Sarah now brings her rich knowledge of yoga and global health to Cape Town. Her classes integrate lunar and solar energies, offering a harmonious balance between strength and surrender.

With a warm presence and a deep appreciation for yoga’s ancient roots, Sarah invites her students to explore the interconnectedness of breath, body, and spirit.

 

What to Expect: A soulful, fluid flow that balances masculine and feminine energies. Expect to be surprised, challenged, and deeply inspired.
