Located at the crown of the head, it represents our link to the infinite—the space where individuality dissolves into unity. When balanced, Sahasrara opens us to peace, purpose, and a deep sense of oneness with all life. We feel guided, supported, and aligned with truth. When imbalanced, we may feel disconnected, spiritually lost, or caught in the busyness of the mind.
