Ajna, the sixth chakra, is the energetic center of vision, perception, and inner wisdom. Located between the eyebrows, it governs both the way we see the world and how we turn inward to access intuition. This chakra is where clarity of thought and depth of insight meet.
When balanced, Ajna allows us to trust our inner guidance, see beyond illusion, and access a deep sense of knowing. We hold a vision for our life that is both grounded and expansive. When imbalanced, we may feel disconnected from intuition, overwhelmed by doubt, or trapped in limiting beliefs.
