This chakra invites us to experience ourselves as part of something greater, to rest in the stillness beyond thought.
When balanced, Sahasrara opens us to peace, purpose, and a deep sense of oneness with all life. We feel guided, supported, and aligned with truth. When imbalanced, we may feel disconnected, spiritually lost, or caught in the busyness of the mind.
