About the event
This circle invites us into a sacred and vulnerable space—a space where we soften the masks we wear and gently meet ourselves and one another in truth.
We'll begin with a guided visualisation meditation to reconnect with your most authentic self, free from expectation, performance, and comparison. You will be guided to feel the full presence of who you are when nothing is being asked of you.
From that place of self-connection, we then mirror the practice onto another, as you sit with a sister opposite you. You will be invited to see her, not with your mind or conditioned perception, but through the eyes of your heart. And in turn, allow yourself to be seen—fully, and without hiding.
