This Winter Solstice, we gather for a mountain-held experience of yoga, nidra, sound, stillness, and communal harvest inside a secret cave location within Cape Town’s City Bowl.
A space of practice.
A space of listening.
A space to meet winter differently.
Held by Gogo Khanyakude & Dr Nkosenathi Koela (Mkhulu), together.
To honour the integrity of the land and preserve the intimacy of the experience, the exact location will only be shared with confirmed participants. We will meet at 10am, and begin in our location at 11am.
