About the event
In this Sound Bath, Nick will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, supporting your nervous system through sound. Through brainwave entrainment, the frequencies gently guide your brain waves into slower, restorative states, creating the ideal environment for relaxation, stress relief, and improved sleep.
August closes beneath a remarkable moon.
On Thursday evening, it will rise over Cape Town almost completely full. By early Friday morning, it will begin moving through the Earth’s shadow in a deep partial lunar eclipse.
A beautiful setting for our monthly Sonic Sound Bath with Nick Ornellas (@soundhealingcapetown), a Meinl Sonic Energy Sound Healer Ambassador we are honoured to have guide the evening (@meinlsonicenergy).
Nick will fill the studio with singing bowls, gongs and resonant instruments, building layers of tone, rhythm, vibration and silence. The format is simple. Guests lie down comfortably while the sound unfolds through the room.
