About the event
In this Sound Bath, Nick will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, supporting your nervous system through sound. Through brainwave entrainment, the frequencies gently guide your brain waves into slower, restorative states, creating the ideal environment for relaxation, stress relief, and improved sleep.
August closes beneath a remarkable moon. We meet a week later to bathe in the afterglow.
A beautiful setting for our monthly Sonic Sound Bath with Nick Ornellas (@soundhealingcapetown), a Meinl Sonic Energy Sound Healer Ambassador we are honoured to have guide the evening (@meinlsonicenergy).
Nick will fill the studio with singing bowls, gongs and resonant instruments, building layers of tone, rhythm, vibration and silence. The format is simple. Guests lie down comfortably while the sound unfolds through the room.
Sustained tones and gentle rhythms can support a quieter state of attention and deep physical rest.
Some experience sound as meditative or grounding.
