Rise & Rave offers a haven to show up as our fullest selves - accepting who you are, as you are, and letting your social guard down. We offer dance and music without needing a social buffer of substances or alcohol. However, there will be strong ceremonial cacao to fuel your morning served by Matthew Gabriel.Â
We invite expression through movement, writing, drawing and sound.
