Begin with opening rituals to set a sacred space, followed by a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony led by Fran Siebrits. Indulge in a light vegan lunch before immersing yourself in a restorative yin yoga journey with Sabrina Patricia, guiding you toward deep relaxation.
