Together, we have created a beautiful combination of medicines including mantra, Conscious Breathwork, sound and vibration to support you in a transformative recalibration process.

We begin with sounding and toning, and activating our voices with some Aum chanting and mantras. This allows us to release blockages, clear the throat, and open up the heart to move into the breathwork with an activated & awakened prescence.

Angie will guide us through a powerful Neuro-dynamic breathwork process, supported by deeply grounding and tribal music, allowing you to release and let go, and shift your state of being.
