About the event

Join Lauren Manuel for a 6 week pregnancy yoga and coaching series as we prepare the heart, mind and body for Motherhood.

What a wild and beautiful journey you’re about to embark on!

While your medical professionals will monitor the physical health of you and your baby; we’ve created a little space for you to nurture your heart, mind and body in preparation for your journey into Motherhood.

This six week series will include pregnancy yoga and a workshop with elements of group coaching, journaling, mindfulness, mental health tools, sharing and support.

Workshop and yoga will cover themes such as:

Stillness: Connection to self and baby

Fill your cup

Grace & Gratitude

Space

Support

Softness & Strength

Pregnancy Yoga can assistant you on your journey in the following ways:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Helps promote better mental health
  • Better sleep
  • Increase circulation
  • Connection time with baby
  • Reduced body discomfort and back pain during pregnancy
  • Increase strength and flexibility for labour
  • Better recovery after birth

Mamas-to-be are able to pay for all 6 sessions before 15 September at an early bird rate of R2200 (usually R2700), using code 'EarlyPrenatal'.

Lauren Manuel is a Well-being Coach and Yoga & Movement Facilitator. (200hr YTT and 50hr Pregnancy Yoga). She works with women  in transition who are navigating the ‘in-between’ and has hosted workshops and retreats in Ireland, Kenya, South Africa and Spain to allow space to connect to self, to others and to nature. She strives towards changing the way society nurtures the mental well-being of mothers.
