Join us for outdoor Full Moon Yoga—an immersive outdoor flow under the rising October Harvest (Super) Moon, guided by Anna Sellmeyer and paired with music through headsets.
Held on the magical land of Silvermist Organic Estate, one of Cape Town’s most breathtaking secret spots, this outdoor experience promises to be a magical journey under the Constantiaberg mountain moonrise.

Why is a city-based clubhouse offering yoga out of studio, you may ask? We simply couldn’t resist this magical space and its soulful stewards. This is our way of expanding our community—bringing together the incredible teachers and values we stand for, under the open sky. All are welcome.
As the moon rises, you can expect a slow & grounding practice guided through headsets to carefully curated music - taking you on a intimate and immersive journey.
