About the event
Step into the body and out of the mind.
This 3-hour workshop is intended to give participants real teachings, to guide and give time to explore their bodies in an intuitive & freeing way.
Guided by Elana, who draws upon the vast knowledge she’s collected over the years from her dance experiences, incorporating her space holding skills, which she has gained from her yoga teaching, to create present and clear environments for dancing & movement.
The first half of the journey invites you into deeper embodiment through:
