Join us for outdoor Full Moon Yoga—an immersive outdoor flow under the rising July Meerkat (or Buck) Moon, guided by Anna Sellmeyer and paired with music through headsets.
Held on the magical land of Silvermist Organic Estate, one of Cape Town’s most breathtaking secret spots, this outdoor experience promises to be a magical journey under the Constantiaberg mountain moonrise.
