What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

A form of active meditation where we are changing the chemistry in our body through a specific breathing pattern and get into a trance-like state (altered state of consciousness), accessing our subconscious mind.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), which we will be using in the session, is also considered a healing, transformational breathwork to release physical or emotional blockages, get out of your patterns and feel your true potential.

Benefits of Ceremonial Cacao

For this ceremony, we will be using ceremonial-grade raw heirloom cacao from Tanzania.

  • Heart-opening and connecting you to our emotions: Ceremonial cacao can help to create a safe space for emotional expression and release, aiding in the processing of deep-seated emotions together with transformational breathwork.
  • Rich in antioxidants and nutrients: Ceremonial-grade raw cacao is a potent source of antioxidants, which can help neutralize free radicals in the body and protect cells from oxidative stress, it is anti-inflammatory. Cacao is a good source of essential minerals such as magnesium, iron, and potassium.
  • Enhanced inner connection: Ceremonial cacao has been used traditionally in spiritual ceremonies to facilitate introspection and meditation, helping you to connect deep within yourself.
  • Increased energy and vitality: The natural stimulants in cacao, including theobromine, may provide a gentle energy boost without the jittery effects associated with some other stimulants like coffee.
  • Improved mood and mental clarity: The theobromine and other active compounds in ceremonial cacao can contribute to enhanced cognitive function, improved focus, and heightened mental clarity.
