As the April full moon rises over Silvermist Estate, we gather for an evening of release, recalibration, and a luminous return to the body. This edition of Meditation in Motion, in collaboration with Light House, marks a shift in seasons. The initial momentum of January’s intentions has softened, and the deeper rhythms of life reveal themselves.
Full moons have always been markers in time. Moments when something becomes visible. A realization. A truth. A feeling we’ve been carrying quietly beneath the surface.
April’s full moon carries an energy of clarity and recalibration. It invites us to pause, breathe, and notice what is unfolding within us as the year begins to take shape. Rather than pushing forward, this is an evening to listen inward. To release what feels heavy. To move with what feels alive.
