As the March full moon rises over Silvermist Estate, we gather for an evening of release, recalibration, and a luminous return to the body. This edition of Meditation in Motion, in collaboration with Light House, marks a powerful turning point in the year. A moment of balance, transition, and renewed clarity.
March’s full moon arrives close to the equinox, a threshold moment where light and dark briefly meet as equals. It’s a pause between seasons, and an invitation to take stock, soften the nervous system, and consciously choose what you’re carrying forward, and what you’re ready to lay down.
