As the final full moon of the year rises over Silvermist, we gather for an evening that invites release, renewal, and a soft return to self.
This December edition of Meditation in Motion in collaboration with Light House Holistic offers a slightly different flavour, a gentle closing of the chapters we’ve lived this year and an opening into what’s waiting for us next.
Guided by Anna Sellmeyer of NADA Experiences, this immersive outdoor flow blends movement, breath, rhythm, and reflection into a deeply embodied ritual beneath the Constantiaberg moonlight.
