Our Pisces Full Moon eclipse reminds us that endings and release are also beginnings, and in the southern sky this energy feels especially tender, reflective and intuitive.
Under this moon we invite you to gather in community, to slow down, breathe deeply and create space for what your heart is ready to let go of.
Guided by Anesu at The Lighthouse, our evening will include an astrological Dharma talk to ground us in the meaning of this moon, gentle Yin-inspired stretches to soften the body, breathwork to regulate the nervous system, and meditation to help you meet the moment with clarity and openness.
This is not just about the moon above us but about how we feel within ourselves here and now. Our circles are always a safe space to release, to connect and to realign together.
