Join a sacred sisterhood of women to honour and nurture the unique journey of the feminine spirit.

Through movement, breath and sound healing, we guide you on a path of remembrance, expansion, and transformation, allowing you to rediscover your innate power and embrace all the parts of your feminine nature: the wild, messy, dark and all shades to light.

A curated journey by women for women.

What to bring & how to prepare:

• Please bring a pen and journal, a blindfold or something to cover your eyes.
• Wear comfy and loose clothes and bring a blanket as body temperatures tend to change throughout the session.
• A mat will be provided but please feel free to bring your own for comfort
• Please don't consume a large meal or coffee 2h before the session. No alcholol or other substances 24h before the session.
