What to bring & how to prepare:
- Please bring a blindfold or something to cover your eyes.
- Wear comfy and loose clothes and bring a blanket or big towel as body temperatures tend to change throughout the session.
- Please don't consume a large meal or coffee 2h before the session. No alcholol or other substances 24h before the session.
