The highly requested dance workshop has finally come to fruition. Most of you know Elana as yoga teacher, but dancer and movement expressionist through her offerings online. This 2 hour workshop gives you the space to explore your body through guided dance like how Elana practices on her own.

About the event
The hope for participants is to enliven, invoke sensual connection, and exploration into and for themselves.
There will be a 40 min warmup and guided dance exercises to explore different ranges of movement & mobility, accompanied by some breathing exercises, and a dialogue in respect, non-judgement and support for the group. There will also be conversations and practice in how to stay in one’s own energy whilst dancing around & with others.
This is a no-contact dance session & is not an ecstatic dance. But it will be a jam.
After the warm-up we will go into a free flow dance jam for 45-60 min where one will dance in the space with others, individuality together & connected. This will be followed by a 30-35 min cool down and resting period to integrate the energy cultivated in the session.
