This workshop isn’t about learning steps—it’s about unlearning fear. We navigate movement beyond self-judgment, embracing rhythm, groove, and spontaneity to break free from limiting patterns and unlock our true physical expression.
HANFB was first created and taught in dance schools & companies to professional dancers 6 years ago, before being remade for everyone 4 years ago. Now it has been taught to hundreds of participants from all over the world in multiple spaces; from Fusion Festival & Blade festival in Germany, Search festival in South Africa, to The Palace residency in Poland and many more open workshops in London, Poland, Holland, Berlin and Cape Town.
The workshop is always open to people from all backgrounds, and all experiences. It does not matter how much dance training a person has - everyone is a dancer because they're dancing everyday, everyone has rhythm because everyone…
