Conscious Connected Breathwork

On this eve of Samhain, it is believed that the ‘doorways’ to the Otherworld are opened, allowing us connection to those that come before us (and supernatural beings from beyond this world).

In ceremony, we will honour our ancestors who came before us, that lived so that we may live.  As we breathe together, we honour the breath of all life and the breath of those that come before us.

This is an evening of devotion to all of life.  An honouring of those connected to us from beyond the veil, and an opportunity to clear ancestral blockages and mis-alignment carried over from past generations so that we and generations to come, may live more freely and joyously, unencumbered by past wounds and restrictions.
