About the event
Using Conscious Circular Breathing, we will journey deep within to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and align with the truth of your Soul Self. The Breathwork Journey will conclude with a healing Sound Bowl Bath, realigning and restoring harmony and balance within your energy field.
This practice helps us to cultivate a sense of bliss, release any stuck emotions and stories, and invite in lightness of being and powerful insights to carry with you well beyond the event.
A grounding Ayurvedic Moonmilk will be served afterwards.
How to
Please bring a journal and pen, something comfortable to lie down on (thin mattress or yoga mat with a thick blanket on top), a warm blanket to cover yourself with, a pillow and an eye mask if you have one.
Please don't eat at least 1.5 hours before the event.
