Coming Home to Wholeness

Facilitated by Kafui Awoonor of Holding Space Cape Town and Mervin Canham of Holding Space Circle Johannesburg, this workshop draws on the profound methodology of Systemic Constellations, movement, ritual, and storytelling to support healing and wholeness.

There are many healing modalities rising to tackle generational and collective trauma, Family Constellation and Systemic Constellations are some of the more delicate practices, fostering more self awareness on an embodied, experiential level. Paying homage to the Nguni origins of the practices, and facilitating a soul opening experience that deeply resonates with the present.

Systemic Constellations

Constellations are a powerful tool to address systemic problems. Participants may be asked to represent different elements of a person's question. Together, we create a holding space using our collective intelligences. This holding space transforms into a field of knowing, where the insights reach beyond the sum of our individual intelligences.
