About the event
This journey invites you to soften back into yourself. With ceremonial cacao from Sierra Nevada, Colombia, breathwork guided by Rhys Thomas, and the healing voice of Emily Salgado, we’ll move gently into presence, connection and self-love.
This evening begins with a Colombian Cacao Journey guided by Rooted in Ritual & Emily Salgado, working with Tayrona Ceremonial Cacao from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Known by the Indigenous Ikü people as The Heart of the World, this cacao is a potent heart medicine carrying ancestral prayers, ecological balance, and a deep intelligence that gently dissolves armor and returns you to embodied presence. Through ritual, intention, and live medicine songs, the heart is opened not forcefully, but organically, as if remembering a language it once spoke fluently.
As the cacao completes its work, the journey continues with a journey from the head to the heart, and connected conscious breathwork with Rhys Thomas. For…
