About the event
The immersive session will begin with guided breathwork to help quiten the mind and soften the body. As your breath deepens, you’ll move beyond surface-level awareness and into a more connected, receptive state, creating the foundation for deeper inner work supported by guided inner child healing and reiki energy work.
We uncover the unconscious beliefs that have shaped your self-image and quietly limited your life. Through breath, Reiki, and inner child healing, you’ll access the roots of these beliefs in the subconscious, often linked to childhood moments when you felt unseen, misunderstood, or not enough.
By bringing awareness, compassion, and energy into these memories, you gently dissolve the old stories and open yourself to new possibilities of freedom, confidence, and ease.
This is an invitation to meet yourself more deeply, soften what has been held for too long, and create space for a more expansive way of being.
