Join Rachel and Coralie, as they combine Breathwork, Reiki energy work and inner child healing to release old patterns connect with your true self and anchor real emotional freedom.
Each session begins with breathwork guided by Rachel, to leave the mind behind and open the body. Followed by a inner child healing and Reiki energy work guided by Coralie to reach deep layers of your subconscious.
Part 4
From Pain to Power – Transforming Shadows into Light
In this final session, we explore the emotions or memories that still feel heavy — the pain, anger, or shame you might carry transform into strength and wisdom.
