About the event
Join Rachel and Coralie, as they combine Breathwork, Reiki energy work and inner child healing to release old patterns connect with your true self and anchor real emotional freedom.
Each session begins with breathwork guided by Rachel, to leave the mind behind and open the body. Followed by a inner child healing and Reiki energy work guided by Coralie to reach deep layers of your subconscious.

Releasing Negative Beliefs
We uncover unconscious beliefs that have been holding you back and gently let them go through breath, energy, and awareness. As the old dissolves, lightness and freedom can enter your system.
