Join Rachel and Coralie, as they combine Breathwork, Reiki energy work and inner child healing to release old patterns connect with your true self and anchor real emotional freedom.
Each session begins with breathwork guided by Rachel, to leave the mind behind and open the body. Followed by a inner child healing and Reiki energy work guided by Coralie to reach deep layers of your subconscious.

Silencing the Inner Critic
Through breathwork and guided healing, we meet the inner voice that causes self-doubt and transform it into an encouraging inner guide. You’ll leave with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
