This First Thursdays, we invite you to break away from the ordinary and step into a realm of well-being, conscious connection, and joyous movement.

Light House Holistic is a rooftop oasis where you can breathe, move, and immerse yourself in a holistic experience. Be part of a community that values well-being, mindfulness, and the celebration of life.

Join us for an evening filled with transformative breathwork, a live electronic hangpan set, and refreshing cold plunges at the newly opened Light House Holistic in the city center.

It's a different kind of First Thursdays — one where conscious connection meets living well. All levels of curiosity are welcome; first timers are encouraged to experience breathwork in a safe and educational environment. Breathwork begins promptly at 6pm. Please bring something soft for under your head and warm to cover yourself with for the experience.
