Service Description
A yin journey inspired by the gentle giants of the forests, where time moves slowly and strength lies in the stillness of trees. By holding poses for 1 to 5 minutes, you’ll stretch into your connective tissues, ligaments, and joints—areas often left untouched in more active practices. This class invites you to sink into the support of bolsters and nourishing postures, stretching into surrender. Suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
