Welcome to Open Mat Night at Light House Holistic. Join us for a unique movement experience at Light House Holistic. Every second Monday, we open our studio to new and seasoned teachers alike, sharing practices from yoga to somatics, breathwork to mindfulness. Think open mic night, but for movement lovers, facilitators, and teachers of all kinds. Whether you’re: • a newly qualified yoga teacher itching to guide your first flow • a seasoned instructor craving a fresh audience to explore a new concept with • a breathwork facilitator wanting to test a new format • or just someone with a wild idea that blends mindfulness, music, and movement The floor is yours. Teach what you wish, fill the room with friends or strangers, and know that there are no 'perfect class' expectations—this is about growth and curiosity. Every second Monday, we open our rooftop sanctuary to anyone who wants to share, experiment, play, or simply stretch their courage and creativity in front of an eager, welcoming community. • You choose your style. • You set the theme and the timing. • You decide if you teach solo or as part of a line-up. We provide the space, the sound system, and a room full of heart. First event: Monday, 14 April Time: 7:15PM–8:30PM Price: R180 (drop-in only) 50% of proceeds go to the teacher(s) Max capacity: 35 mats Bring your own mat or rent one from us. Cancellation Policy
Open Mat Night – Booking & Cancellation Policy Pre-booking required. Bookings close 30 minutes before the start. Class begins promptly. Late arrivals forfeit their payment. Max capacity: 30 mats. BYO mat encouraged (limited rentals available). All payments are final—no refunds or transfers for no-shows up to 12 hours before. If fewer than 5 people sign up, Light House reserves the right to postpone or adjust the format.
