Service Description
Ashtanga Mysore style practice is a personalised, self-paced approach to learning Ashtanga yoga. Under the guidance of a teacher, practitioners are taught to memorise and perform a set sequence of poses, progressing at their own pace while receiving individual guidance and adjustments. This method allows for tailored instruction and gradual progression, making it accessible for newcomers while accommodating practitioners of all levels. Currently, the Ashtanga Mysore classes are open to students who either have an established practice or have completed an Ashtanga course with us. An established practice means that you have committed to memory your current practice and can practice independently without the need for a teacher’s instruction up to that point.
