Service Description
Ashtanga Mysore style practice is a personalised, self-paced approach to learning Ashtanga yoga. Under the guidance of a teacher, practitioners are taught to memorise and practise a set sequence of poses, progressing at their own pace while receiving individual guidance and adjustments. This method allows for tailored instruction and gradual progression, making it accessible for newcomers while accommodating practitioners of all levels. Keen to join? Newbies can sign up for 3 intro classes to be used in 1 week. If you love it, upgrade to a beginner month and pay the price difference. Internationals are also welcome to do an intro week; select the Ashtanga Rolling Stone pass. We can't wait to meet you! Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 1 hour before the start of class or you will be charged/lose the credit. Our schedule closes 15 min before the start of class. Arrival is 15 minutes early to check in and settle. Please be mindful of others by being on time and honouring the shared space. The studio door will be closed promptly at the start of class.
