Are you ready to challenge yourself, turn your world upside down, and have some fun? We bring you a handstand workshop suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels, and in support of Sihlalo Promise. Sihlalo sponsors a children’s African music program in Woodstock on Saturdays.

We're thrilled to play host to this incredible teacher and guide in a handstand workshop for a good cause.
✨ About the Workshop:
We’ll begin with a warm-up for the wrists, forearms, and shoulders to ensure we can go upside down safely. From there, we’ll dive into a series of exercises and drills focusing on basic handstand entries, holds, and safe exits. Whether you're new to handstands or already comfortable kicking up against the wall, this workshop is designed to help you level up and embrace the journey—no matter where you are in it.
Remember, handstands are FUN, and we should always be open to new challenges, even when they seem impossible at first!
✨ Meet Your Facilitator:
Mara Be (@marabeyoga) has a lifelong passion for movement, with a background in gymnastics, ballet, and modern dance. She’s been practicing yoga since 2017 and has trained with internationally renowned handstand teachers…
