About the event
How we breathe is how we exist. Is your breath slow and contracted, fast and staggered, erratic and intense, deep and expansive, calm and rhythmic? Our breath reflects our relationship with ourself and our relationship to life itself, and how our lives are embedded in our subconscious.
As a breath clearing takes place, we expand in our awareness, detoxify, improve our physical health and are able to start functioning from higher frequencies of joy, clarity, creativity, and so much more.
This is an immersive mini-retreat, a real opportunity to give back to yourself.
✨ Breathe yourself to life
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’ll reconnect with your essence, soul, and the joy that is your birthright. Experience how your breath reflects and transforms your life.
🌬️ Why breathwork?
- Detoxification: We expel 70% of toxins through breath.
- Energy Boost: Breath is our primary source of life energy.
- Healing: Reduce anxiety and depression by increasing dopamine and serotonin.
- Holistic Benefits: Improve lymphatic drainage, cardiovascular health, and organ function.
